Public Waters Rules for Structures - Revision
The DNR is revising the rules that regulate structures in public waters, which include most of Minnesota's lakes, rivers, and many wetlands. These web pages are designed to:
- update you on the rules revision process
- identify key areas where rule changes are likely
- provide background information
- provide a way you can offer input (see below)
