Cancellation Information
To cancel your reservation, call 1-866-85PARKS or log onto your account online at www.stayatmnparks.com. Please note that the $8.50 reservation fee is non-refundable.
Camping, Camper Cabins, & Group Camps
Cancellation: 14 or more days prior to arrival
If the reservation is canceled 14 or more days prior to the arrival date, a $10 cancellation fee is charged. The camping payment (minus the cancellation fee and the non-refundable reservation fee) will be refunded.
Cancellation: Less than 14 days prior to arrival
If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival, the first night’s camping fee is forfeited and a $10 cancellation fee is charged. The customer is refunded the remaining amount of the deposit less the $8.50 reservation fee.
No Show Cancellation:
If a campsite is not occupied on the first night of a reservation, the reservation will be cancelled. The first night's camping fee is forfeited, and 50% of the remaining deposit is forfeited. The customer is refunded the remaining amount of the deposit less the $8.50 reservation fee and the $10.00 cancellation fee.
Lodging
Cancellation: 30 days or more prior to arrival
If the lodging reservation is canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival, a $10 cancellation fee is charged and the initial deposit (minus the cancellation fee and the $8.50 reservation fee) is refunded.
Cancellation: Less than 30 days prior to arrival
If the lodging reservation is canceled less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to arrival, a refund of 50% of the deposit, (minus the $10 cancellation fee and the $8.50 reservation fee) is refunded.
Cancellation: Less than 14 days prior to arrival
If the lodging reservation is canceled less than 14 days but more than 2 days prior to arrival, a refund of 25% of the deposit, (minus the $10 cancellation fee and the $8.50 reservation fee) is refunded.
Cancellation: Less than 2 days prior to arrival
If the lodging reservation is canceled less than two days prior to arrival there will be no refund.
