Track: There is a new program at Minnesota state parks this summer that's creating quite a buzz. It’s called geocaching (Gee-oh cashing). The activity combines technology and the outdoors with a little bit of treasure hunting thrown in.
The DNR's Pat Arndt says geocaching is becoming quite the hit in state parks.

"We thought geocaching would be popular but we didn’t anticipate that it would catch on like wildfire and how it would strike such an emotional chord.
People doing this are writing in saying things it was truly an historical experience, we're making memories with our kids, and the parks will sweep you off your feet
We are really glad we made geocaching part of the Minnesota state park experience this summer."
Track: Arndt says for more information about geocaching in Minnesota State Parks including where it is offered, people should go to the DNR Web site at www.mnstateparks.info.
