Project Planning Structure

Minnesota has created a project structure that is designed to bring together people with a wide range of knowledge, skills and expertise that can contribute to the strategy's development.

Partner Implementation Team

Provide leadership and organizational commitment to ensure the success of the strategy. Help develop meaningful participation and buy-in with Conservation Stakeholders.

Project Management Team

Design and manage the project; support the activities of the other teams; ensure involvement of all interested participants; help assemble final publications.

Technical Team

Design and produce analyses necessary to support the Strategy. Design and develop other products that will be reviewed and refined by other parts of the project.

Feedback Teams

Review and recommend changes to the analyses done by the technical team.

Conservation Stakeholders

Review and help refine project products. Once the Strategy is approved, Conservation Stakeholders will be asked to be collaborators in its implementation.
